Human resource management
FUNDING ENTERPRISING WOMEN (FEW!)

The aim of this project is to bring down the barriers women face in accessing finance to start or grow their business. The project will gain an in depth and practical understanding of the specific financial barriers in a number of key target segments. This project involves 2 countries UK and Spain.

LEARNING REPRESENTATI VES IN BRABANT & ANDALUCIA (Wijsmakers)

This project aims to upskill low skilled workers in both Holland and Spain. The partners involved are PSW, Vivent Zorginstellin Den Bosch, Educatiestichting Koning Willem College in the Netherlands and the Fundacion ESCULAPIO in Spain. Both partner regions will use the workers themselves to promote and attract other members of the workforce to take up training opportunities. A toolkit with instructions, information and advice will be provided to those who act as ambassadors for the training programmes. The courses will mainly focus on numeracy, literacy, social and basic computer skills.

CHAMPIONING NEIGHBOURHOODS

This project aims to establish an international network of community champions with common and contrasting issues across the UK, Poland and Spain. The partners involved are Hope in the Community, the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kracow and Valdocco Foundation in Spain. They will map current training needs and establish training pathways taking into consideration any potential common approaches which can be used.

Social enterprises
SOCIAL ON BUSINESS

The term “social enterprise” has many interpretations throughout the EU member states. The partnership is Fundacion red andalucia Emprende, Enham and Form.Art.Soc.Cons.ARL. The target group of the project is disadvantaged groups in UK, Spain and Italy.

ECOSOCIAL - Project to support the inclusive development of deprived areas through Social Economy Enterprises

Project to support the inclusive development of deprived areas through social economy enterprises. The main objective of this project is the cohesive, inclusive and sustainable development of deprived areas through the entrepreneurial development of the social economy enterprises. The partners are the Confederación de Entidades para la Economía Social de Andalucía and PROVINCIA DI PIACENZA in Italy. They will develop tools for the social economy enterprises which have a major impact on inclusive growth. They will widen the knowledge base of these companies paying particular attention to organisational/management instruments franchising, spin-offs, consortiums and joint ventures. The project will also increase the internationalisation level of the social economy enterprises.
